Law lecture week 2

I attended the HK law lecture last week where there were two talks, one on Import/export control of pharma products and DDs, the other on Manufacture of pharma products. The first one wasn't too bad, the talker was from the Department of Health, and she talked about international tracking of the movement of DDs which was a bit interesting. But the talk on Manufacturing was excruciating, I was this far away from pinching myself to keep myself awake. And yet everybody else seemed riveted, was I missing something? People actually had questions afterwards, I ran out of there as soon as I could.
